We aim to inspire as many East Vic Park & South Perth locals as possible to live a healthier, fitter and happier life by providing great fitness training with a fun and supportive team.

    In my time training with Suzie and the team, I have noticed changes that aren’t only physical but mental too. I did not enjoy my last gym, so much so, I stopped going and made up excuses when they asked me why. So when I made the decision to get my fitness back under control I was drawn to Outdoor Active East Vic Park because the workouts are outside. They are fun, flexible and interactive and best of all do not feel like a chore. I have made friends, spend more time outside (which is important for me for a multitude of reasons) lost weight and built muscle too! Quite simply, I couldn’t ask for anything more!

    I wanted to thank you very much for adding in the extra points in our December challenge for skin checks, blood donation and breast screening. It was the incentive I needed to get my mammograms up to date. Good thing too because they were able to detect a little something which over the last week I’ve had some additional testing for. I got the all clear. We’ll never know if it might have developed into something else however it was totally worth getting the initial scan and the extra tests.

    So I really wanted to say THANK YOU

    for looking out for our whole wellbeing and not just our fitness!!
