I wanted to thank you very much for adding in the extra points in our December challenge for skin checks, blood donation and breast screening. It was the incentive I needed to get my mammograms up to date. Good thing too because they were able to detect a little something which over the last week I’ve had some additional testing for. I got the all clear. We’ll never know if it might have developed into something else however it was totally worth getting the initial scan and the extra tests.
So I really wanted to say THANK YOU
for looking out for our whole wellbeing and not just our fitness!!
