An empowering cardio and strength class where you punch, kick and work those abs which will increase your daily energy and relieve stress! This is boxing for fitness, not in the ring.

Using the boxing body bags this is a cardio and strength session where we will introduce you to all the great punching, kicking and abdominal exercises to burn calories and leave you with a healthy sense of achievement. No previous experience required!
