We offer 6 different classes across our timetable in the week. Each class focuses on different areas of fitness, utilising different energy systems and working your body at different intensity levels to elicit improvements across all areas of health and fitness whilst keeping you injury free.
Aiming to improve our technique and capabilities with some of the great lifts as well as ensuring we have great strength for all that life throws at us!
During fun run season this is our run endurance training. Whether you are planning to join a run event, or just want to improve your endurance running fitness – this class is for you.
In 2025 we will also be introducing a Hyrox training program in the 12 weeks leading up to the Hyrox event in Perth in September. With 8 x 1km runs plus various exercises in this event we need to improve our running capacity as well as the ability to complete all exercise stations well and within the event rules. This training will set members up to not only finish but compete well!
