Aiming to improve our technique and capabilities with some of the great lifts as well as ensuring we have great strength for all that life throws at us!These 45 minute sessions, with a max of 5 people/session, will have a main strength segment and then a mini-workout or finisher to put your skills into practice or work on those exercises to help our bodies train well and feel great.
